Bob & Kelly
Bob and Kelly Parr served in Asia as Missionaries for 15 years. Their gift of teaching allowed them to influence the neighboring SE Asian countries of Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand and India. As a result of not understanding God’s unconditional love, they responded to marriage and ministry life with the attitude of an orphan. They found themselves living a life of independence and striving to appear spiritually mature, as they performed the right religious duties but with little experience of true intimacy with God.

In 2004, an encounter in God’s agape love began a transformation in their lives, exposing their brokenness and need. Father graciously poured in His love, displacing the years of pain and loneliness. From the overflow of this new found love being applied in their lives, many members of their family as well as peoples from other nations are being radically impacted. Their ministry is now intimacy based rather than “need to be needed” based.

Bob and Kelly have returned to the U.S. from S.E. Asia and are the co-founders of “Freedom Quest International”. Their passion is to see the manifestation of God’s power transforming the lives of others as He continues to transform theirs. They also travel closely with Shiloh Place Ministries, as this relationship enables both ministries to be a fruitful extension to the nations. Imparting freedom to the whole person is the goal, as they teach with honesty, transparency, and humility.

Our Mission
Freedom Quest International brings to the body of Christ world-wide a ministry of wholeness that is built on the foundation of God’s love. We are committed to the whole person; awakened and transformed, body, soul and spirit.

With a unique and creative approach that brings freedom, we are devoted to discovering truth based on the Word of God, applying that truth to our own lives, and from that platform imparting the freedom we have experienced. Through developing and distributing teaching resources, offering encounters, seminars & prayer ministry, nations are being impacted as we teach with honesty, transparency and humility.

Statement of Faith

1. We believe in the inspiration of the accepted canon of the Scriptures as originally given.

2. We believe in God the Father, from whom all things come, in Jesus Christ His only begotten Son, our Lord, and in the Holy Spirit, one God in three Persons, indivisible. By the Father we are perfectly loved. By the Son, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, are we brought to salvation. By the Holy Spirit are we divinely indwelt. God is omniscient, almighty, infinite, yet personal. His very nature is the essence of love. He is “Abba” (Daddy). He is sovereign and active today in fullness of power.

3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

4. We believe that, for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary is essential.

5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation, and they that are saved unto eternal life and rest with God.

7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

8. We believe in the creation, test, and fall of man as recorded in Genesis; man’s total spiritual depravity and inability to attain to divine righteousness apart from God.

9. We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.

10. We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples.

11. We believe in the sacrament of Water Baptism.

12. We believe in the Table of the Lord, commonly called Communion or the Lord’s Supper, for believers.

13. We believe in the reality and personality of satan and the eternal judgment of satan and his angels.

14. We believe in the visible, bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
